- In the sheet menu, bluebeam allows you to group and sort by fill colour, please add that. - Add a new layer button to the layer dropdown in the sheet view - Right now when I select a row it shows a grey highlight in between and select box around the first cell. It should highlight the whole row blue like in excel - Similarly when I select more then one row the behaviour needs to follow above rules. Also it selects the text within each cell when I hold shift clikc on multiple rows, should just select the cells.

Fix Callout leaders keep every arrow and bend on export

Callouts with more than one leader, or with bent leaders, keep every leader and bend when you export. They open and stay correct in Bluebeam, even after editing there, and show in Acrobat. New callouts start with a bend, like Bluebeam, and extra arrows all leave from one point. **Add arrow** and **Add bend point** also move into the Properties panel, so they're easy to find. Fix Shift Click Behaviour

In the layers panel hold shift and clicking should select allitems between the two items, holding ctrl and clicking should add additional items right now they both do the same, same behaviour should happen in measurements

Fix Imported text boxes keep their original size and position

Text boxes made in Acrobat, Bluebeam, Preview, Foxit or a web browser open in Notch at the same size, font, spacing and alignment as the original. No more text that grows, wraps, gets cut off or shifts in PDFs that weren't flattened. Coming to the web and the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps.

Fix Tooltips in properties menu

Add proper tooltips for properties menu - some still have browser based tooltips (ie rotate, flip, align, patterns, etc)

Improvement Bluebeam-style mouse controls

The mouse works the way Bluebeam users expect: - **Middle-drag** pans with any tool. - **Ctrl + wheel** zooms (**⌘ + wheel** on Mac). - **Hold Space** to pan for a moment without changing tools. - **Right-click** always opens the menu. - **Right-click and drag** draws a selection box. - In single-page view (coming soon), the wheel zooms and **Ctrl + wheel** changes page. Feature Cloud+ tool: revision cloud with leader and text

The **Cloud+** tool draws a revision cloud with an attached leader and text box in one go, like Bluebeam. Drag out the cloud (or click its corners), then click where the note goes and type. It selects, moves and edits as one markup, and opens in Bluebeam as a Cloud+. Each part has its own settings: cloud colour, line width and fill; leader and text-box border colour and width; and the text's colour, font and size. Coming to the web and the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps.

Improvement Upload Image for Signature

Would be nice to have an upload image for signatures so users can take an image and upload it as their signature instead of creating or typing in app.

Feature Stamp fields: date, name and custom values filled in when placed

Custom stamps can include fields that fill in when you place them: today's date, the time, your name, initials or company. A field can also ask you for a value, such as a review status or comment. Add fields right in the stamp editor in Resources: draw a box on the stamp and pick what goes in it. Values can still be changed after placing. Coming to the web and the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps.

Improvement Keyboard shortcuts for changing pages

Move through a drawing set from the keyboard: - **Page Down** / **Page Up**: next / previous page. - **Home** / **End**: first / last page. - **⌘→ / ⌘←** (Ctrl on Windows): next / previous page, like Bluebeam. Fix Export File Name Formatting

When I export a file symbols show up as their code instead of as actual symbols

Improvement One "Export PDF" for getting a PDF out of Notch

**Export PDF** in the File menu is now the one way to get a PDF out of Notch, on the web and in the apps. It opens the export options (editable or flattened, pages, signing, compression), then downloads the file or lets you pick a folder. **⌘P** and **⇧⌘S** open it too. **⌘S** just confirms your work is saved. Coming to the web and the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps.

Improvement Standardize Properties Panel positioning for all markups, measurements, stamps etc

Right now, different measurements and markups have sections in different places both during creation and once created. The position of sections should always be consistent: Name, Position, Layout then styling like Fill, Stroke, Text etc. the properties panel should feel consistent no matter which tool you're using.

Improvement Measurement label size

Choose how big measurement labels are on the drawing (Small, Medium, Large, Extra large, or a custom size), so values like **25 m²** are easy to read. Set it per measurement in **Properties ▸ Labels**. It also applies to exported PDFs. Coming to the web and the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps.

In the apps - there's noway to refresh the file list in the workspace without closing and re-opening. We should come up with a way to refresh the list both automatically and manually (maybe with a small refresh symbol right aligned on recents)

Feature Properties Panel - Add unit type to width and height fields

Allow the user to adjust unit type for the width and height fields if the page is scaled so user could enter 4' as an option for the width.

Fix Snapping during creation on markups

With measurements, snapping works as soon as the tool is armed. With markups, it doesnt work until after the first point is clicked. Markup snapping behaviour should mimic the measurements.

Improvement Default units in Account preferences

Pick your units in **Account ▸ Preferences**: Metric or Imperial. Your choice is listed first everywhere you pick a scale or unit, and is the default when you calibrate a page. Your preference is set from your region to start with. Coming to the web and the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps.

Add an x to the corner of all toast notifications to allow user to dismiss

Fix Fix: saved Rectangle and Cloud tools fail when you click instead of drag

Saved Rectangle, Cloud and freeform tools now work whether you drag them out or click point by point. Before, clicking with a saved Rectangle tool drew a polygon and was undone with an error.

Improvement Align options

Add alignment options similar to bluebeam in the right click menu under Align: - Align left, Align Center, Align Right, Align Top, Align Middle, Align Bottom, Align Width, Align Height, Align Size, Distribute Horizontally, Distribute Vertically, Flip Horizontal, Flip Vertical (those two should go into rotate), center on page

Fix Fix: PDFs opened from Mail or other apps say the file doesn't exist

Opening a PDF in Notch from a Mail attachment or another app now works on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Before, Notch showed an error saying the file didn't exist. Files you open from the Files app or iCloud Drive still open in place.

Improvement Cleaner file menus in the workspace

One menu for documents everywhere: right-click or ··· on the web and Mac, long-press on iPhone and iPad. Grouped into open, share, file and delete, with new Share, Permissions, Rename, Open in new tab and Download items, and Pin to sidebar in the apps.

Fix Textboxes expand horizontally

During intiialy creation of a textbox - it expands horizontally during typing. It should set a default width and expand vertically

Pinned comments can't be deleted - add a trash icon in the right sidebar beside each comment

Allow users to control the z axis of markups - send forward / backward send to front / back

Currently no indicator exists to confirm if snapped to an object - add pink / majenta indicator similar to other apps

Move the dark / light mode toggle out of the top menu, move it into the left sidebar above the sidebar toggle, use same toggle icons as workspace

Can we look at adding one or two different cursor types (ie larger cross and a full screen cross (similar to autocad)

Fix Submenu on hover in editor

Hovering over the edge (last 10 or so px) of the sidebar buttons in the editor glitches the hover menu - it appears, then disappears then hovers again. It's unreliable.

Feature Legend tool

Insert a legend that lists the markups on a sheet with their symbols and colours. Rows can be reordered by dragging, and the legend draws on top of other markups. Web and apps.

Improvement Thumbnail fade in on workspace

We already have a loading state, make the actual thumbnail appears fade in more softly so it looks more polished (it appears quickly now).

Feature Desaturate on export

Export a drawing with the background sheet greyed out so markups stand out.

Improvement Area measurements show perimeter

Area takeoffs now show their perimeter alongside the area.

Improvement Mouse wheel zoom

Option in Preferences to zoom with the mouse wheel instead of scrolling. Zooming re-renders once, not on every click of the wheel.
