Import drawings from OneDrive and SharePoint
Notch now connects to Microsoft 365. Connect your account once, browse straight to the project folder, and bring a whole set in at once.

If your team is like most corporations, most of your documents you see everyday live in Microsoft 365. Notch now connects to both OneDrive and SharePoint, so you can pull a document out of the folder your team already keeps it in.
Connect Once
Open Settings → Integrations and connect your Microsoft account. OneDrive and SharePoint then show up in Import from cloud alongside Google Drive, Box and Dropbox.
Connections are personal. Everyone on the team connects their own account and imports run with their access, so nobody reaches a folder they couldn't already open in Microsoft.
Browse The Way You Already Do
- OneDrive — your own drive, folder by folder.
- SharePoint — start at your sites, open the document library, carry on to the project folder.
- Whole folders at once — tick as many sheets as you need and bring them in together.
- Images and scans — a JPG or a TIFF converts to PDF on the way in.
Folders and files sit in one list, with a filter at the top for when a folder holds more than you want to scroll through.
Watch It Land
Multi-sheet imports now report themselves properly. A bar and a count - "Importing 2 of 7" - sit at the bottom of the window, and each sheet shows where it got to. If one fails the rest carry on, and you are told which one didn't make it.
What's Not There Yet
This is an import, not a sync. A set arrives as it was the moment you brought it in, so if someone issues a revision in SharePoint you'll need to import it again. Two way sync is something we're working through.
SharePoint also reads across your sites, so depending on how your tenant is set up your IT admin may need to approve it once. That's a one time step, not something every person repeats.
