Full styling for measurements, and smarter knockouts

Measurements now get the same stroke, fill, and label styling as markups, and knockouts net out of the area they''re cut from automatically.

Measurements now carry the same styling controls markups have had since the start, and knockouts do their own arithmetic. Two changes, both aimed at takeoffs.

Style Every Measurement

Lengths, areas and counts all take the full appearance model: stroke colour and width, line type, fill, opacity and label visibility. Selection got the same treatment, with the shape-grade handles markups already used.

Knockouts That Do The Maths

Cut an opening out of an area takeoff and the knockout now belongs to that area. It nets out of the total automatically and moves with the area when you move it, so there's no subtraction to keep on the side.

What's Next?

We're closing the gap between markups and measurements — the two toolsets should behave the same way, and they don't yet.
