Share and edit documents with team members

Send a share link that lets subs and consultants mark up the drawing — no seat required.

A share link can now grant markup access, not just viewing. The people who touch a drawing without ever having a seat — the sub pricing the job, the consultant checking one detail, the owner's rep who wants to circle something — can now mark it up.

Two Kinds Of Link

  • View — read-only, as before. Open, pan, zoom, see the markups.
  • Edit — the full toolset. Recipients sign in first, so every markup carries a real name rather than "Anonymous".

Neither needs a paid seat.

A Rebuilt Share Dialog

The share dialog was rebuilt at the same time. A document's access is now in one place: who has it, what each link can do, and a workspace-access setting for your own members. Change a link's access or switch it off whenever you want.
