Introducing the Worksheet

A sortable, filterable list of every markup and take-off in a document. Set review status, add your own columns, and take it all to Revu and back.

If you've used other PDF software, a favourite feature is likely their bottom tray Markups List (we think some of you do given how often this feature has been requested). Notch now has its own version: the Markups Worksheet, a datasheet of every markup and take-off in a document, docked under the drawing.
Open it from the Worksheet toggle in the bottom bar, or press ⇧⌘L.
Sort, Filter, Group, Total
- Sort and filter by any column, including type, layer, author, page and status.
- Group by any column, with subtotals on each group.
- Totals for lengths, areas, counts and any number column you add.
- Edit in place. Change a value in a cell, or paste a column in from a spreadsheet.
- Export to CSV when the numbers need to go to an estimate.
Review Status
Mark any item Accepted, Rejected, Cancelled or Completed. Notch records who set it and when. Status shows in the Properties panel and the summary PDF, and comes through in Revu's Status column and Acrobat's comment list.
Your Own Columns
Add workspace columns for anything you track: cost, trade, checked, due date. Columns can hold text, a number, a cost, a choice, a checkbox or a date. They export into Bluebeam's own custom columns, and values from a Revu file come back in when you import it.
Good To Know
- The Worksheet is on desktop and tablet. On a phone, trigger the worksheet by clicking the icon on the right hand side of the screens.
- Custom columns need Solo or Pro. Review status works on every plan.
What's Next?
We're going to continue adding features to the worksheet - including additional column types and equations.
