Verified Signatures Now in Notch

Often times when working on proposals or bid documents, there may be a request to send document with a certified or verified signature. Today we're excited to bring signatures, with your own digital ID, directly into Notch.

Setup your digital ID

To start using signatures, navigate to your account settings > signatures - once there you'll be prompted for your personal and company information. Submitting this generates a unique 64 bit encrypted ID that will be applied to your signature and pdf files upon export. This encrypted signature is widely accepted as the gold standard for PDF encryption.

Review Changes Before Exporting

Once you've signed, you have the option to review subsequent changes prior to any export. If changes are made and someone requests an export of the file, our system will notify you for approval. If you trust your team, simply turn this off.

Exporting Files

When it's time to move your file outside of Notch - simply export your file. At this time you can choose to include the encryption, or export the file without it.
