OneDrive + Notch
OneDrive is Microsoft's file storage service, included with every Microsoft 365 account. Connect your account, mark drawings up in Notch, and save your markups back onto the same file.
Connecting OneDrive
Connect OneDrive
Workspace settings → Integrations. Find the card, hit Connect, and approve in Microsoft's consent screen.
Import your drawings
Hit Import in your library, pick OneDrive, browse My files, and take the sheets you want.
Mark up, then sync back
The cloud icon flags a newer revision in OneDrive and publishes your markups back to that same file.

What Notch can access
Read-only, acting as you. The connection can never reach anything your own OneDrive account can’t.
Notch can
- List folders and drawings in the OneDrive you signed in to
- Download a file you select, once, to import it, and re-check it for new revisions
- Publish your markups back to a file you imported, as a new version of that file
- Save a new drawing into a folder you choose
Notch cannot
- Rename, move, or delete your OneDrive files
- Read another user's drive, or your organization's directory

OneDrive or SharePoint — which one do I want?
OneDrive starts at your own files. SharePoint starts at the sites you belong to. Same Microsoft account, different starting point.
Can the whole team share one connection?
No. A connection acts as the person who made it, so everyone connects their own account and sees exactly what they could already open.
Does importing use a seat?
Importing adds documents, so it needs an editor seat on a paid plan — same rule as uploading. Browsing is free.
