Connecting Procore

Connect Procore

Workspace settings → Integrations → Connect on Procore, then approve in Procore's consent screen.

Pick the project

Hit Import, choose Procore, and browse your company, then the project you're on.

Take the sheets you need

Open Drawings and pick by area, or walk the Documents tree. They land rendered and ready.

What Notch can access

Read-only, acting as you. The connection can never reach anything your own Procore account can’t.

Notch can

List the companies, projects, drawing areas, and documents your Procore user can reach
Download a sheet or document you select to import it, and re-check it for new revisions
Publish your markups back to a Documents file you imported, as a new version of that file (Procore keeps every prior version)
Save a new drawing into a Documents folder you choose

Notch cannot

Add revisions to the Drawings tool, or rename, move, or delete anything in Procore
Reach a project or tool your Procore permissions exclude

Does marking up in Notch change the drawing in Procore?

Only when you publish. For a file from Procore Documents, Publish uploads the marked-up PDF as a new version of that file, and Procore keeps every earlier version. Sheets from the Drawings tool stay read-only in Procore.

A tool says I don't have access. Why?

Procore grants access per project tool, so the connected account may not be permitted there. That's granted inside Procore.

Can the whole team share one connection?

No. A connection acts as the person who made it, so everyone connects their own account and sees exactly what they could already open.

Do I need a paid plan to import?

No. Integrations work on every plan, Free included. Importing adds documents, so it needs a Pro seat and counts toward your plan's document and storage limits — same rules as uploading. Browsing is free.
