Connecting Procore
Connect Procore
Workspace settings → Integrations → Connect on Procore, then approve in Procore's consent screen.
Pick the project
Hit Import, choose Procore, and browse your company, then the project you're on.
Take the sheets you need
Open Drawings and pick by area, or walk the Documents tree. They land rendered and ready.

What Notch can access
Read-only, acting as you. The connection can never reach anything your own Procore account can’t.
Notch can
- List the companies, projects, drawing areas, and documents your Procore user can reach
- Download a sheet or document you select, once, to import it
Notch cannot
- Upload, publish, or change anything in Procore
- Reach a project or tool your Procore permissions exclude
Procore questions
Does marking up in Notch change the drawing in Procore?
No. The connection is read-only and markups stay in Notch. Writing back is coming, and it will be something you choose to do.
A tool says I don't have access. Why?
Procore grants access per project tool, so the connected account may not be permitted there. That's granted inside Procore.
Can the whole team share one connection?
No. A connection acts as the person who made it, so everyone connects their own account and sees exactly what they could already open.
Does importing use a seat?
Importing adds documents, so it needs an editor seat on a paid plan — same rule as uploading. Browsing is free.
