Workspace settings

Your workspace's name and brand, email inbox, integrations, AI, API & MCP, default colours and fonts.

Workspace settings apply to everyone in the workspace. Open them from the Settings cog at the foot of the sidebar (or Workspace settings in the editor's n menu). Owners and admins can change them; members can see most pages.

Workspace#

  • General settings — the workspace's name, its logo (shown beside the name) and its primary colour.
  • Member management — the team: seats, roles and invites. See Managing your team.
  • Email inbox — the workspace's email-in address: copy or rotate it, choose whether only members or any sender can send to it, and see what's been Received by Email. See Adding documents.
  • Integrations — connect and disconnect cloud drives and Procore. See Cloud drives.
  • AI Settings — turn AI Document Processing and the AI Agent on or off. See Notch AI.
  • API & MCP (owners and admins) — connect Claude or any other MCP client to your Notch account: Connect to Claude in one click, or copy the Server URL into another client and sign in when prompted. Active sessions lists the browsers and clients signed in as you, and lets you revoke one.

Resources#

  • Default styles — the colours the standard markup and measurement tools draw in, and the colours of the discipline library tools. Save colours applies them for the whole workspace.
  • Font settings — the default Text font (text boxes and callouts) and Label font (measurement values, labels and sequence tags). Add fonts for everyone with Add from Google Fonts or Upload fonts — only upload fonts you have the right to use in your drawings and exported PDFs. Helvetica, Serif and Typewriter are always available.
  • Signatures — your own saved signatures and digital ID. See Stamps, custom tools & signatures.

The team's stamp library is Resources in the sidebar, not here.

Billing#

  • Subscription — your plan, seats, usage and payment. See Plans & billing.
  • AI usage — your AI credit balance, activity, and top-ups.
  • Invoices — every charge, with a downloadable invoice.
